WHAT TO EXPECT?
Every sensory friendly gig we host is designed to be a fun, open and comfortable way to:
Discover new music through the diverse range of acts throughout the night
Dip your toes into the exciting world of live music
Go out and make new friends without the fear of judgement

7:00 PM
Doors to the venue will open. You will be able to buy a ticket OR mark in your online tickets. Afterwards, you will be stamped in by a doors person (or yourself if you prefer) and you are free to purchase a drink or a fidget toy whilst waiting for the first act.
If you can’t make it to the first act, DO NOT WORRY! There are plenty of other exciting acts on and the ticket stall will remain open until the end of the night.
Doors open
7:15 PM
The first act of the night will be a soft 15 minute acoustic act. This will be the least intense set of the night and as the night progresses the acts will slowly get more intense. But don’t worry, they will still stick to sensory friendly regulations!
1st acoustic set (15 mins)
7:30 PM
A quick 15 minute changeover. Feel free to buy a drink / fidget toy and chill. A 5 minute warning will be shared around before the next act.
15 minute break
7:45 PM
The final acoustic act of the night. Afterwards will be performances by the bands of the night.
2nd acoustic set (15 mins)
8:00 PM
A quick 15 minute changeover. Feel free to buy a drink / fidget toy and chill. A 5 minute warning will be shared around before the next act.

8:15 PM
Low intensity band set (20 mins)
The first band set! As it’s low intensity, it will be a band who perform the following genres:
Funk
Soul / RNB
Jazz
8:35 PM
A longer 20 minute changeover to set the stage for the next band. Feel free to buy a drink / fidget toy and chill. A 5 minute warning will be shared around before the next act.
20 minute break
8:55 PM
Medium intensity band set (20 mins)
A medium intensity set contain slightly more intense music such as:
Pop
Indie
Soft rock
9:15 PM
A final 20 minute changeover to set the stage for the next band. Feel free to buy a drink / fidget toy and chill. A 5 minute warning will be shared around before the next act.
20 minute break
9:35 PM
High intensity band set (20 mins)
The final act of the night! This will be performed by the most intense band of the night who will likely perform one of the following styles:
Rock
Electronic
Pop Punk
